CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments must be cancelled / rescheduled within 24 hours before the appointment or a 50% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. No shows will be charge a 100% of the service total. If your running late, a courtesy message is appreciated. If you arrive more than 15 mins late and I have a client after you and your service can no longer be preformed, you will be charged 50% and rescheduled. If I do not have a client after you, and can perform your service, you will be charged a $10 late fee for the extra time.
